About Us

"An Israeli's blood is made up of 50% coffee, according to a statistic I just made up.
The fact that growing coffee hasn't been commercialized in Israel on a larger scale yet is baffling to me.
I plan to open Israel's first commercial coffee plantation which YOU can own a part of. Our goal is to establish a world-wide community of coffee lovers and zionists with roots set in Israel."
Founder, Henry Ginsburg

The MaccaBean Way
MaccaBeans Coffee Company was founded by an American-Israeli IDF Combat Reservist and proud Zionist.
With over a decade of background working in Hi-Tech and serving in the Military, Henry understood the value of a good cup of coffee in the Israeli culture.
It only made sense to combine the passion for Israel and small business by starting his own efforts in bringing new life into the growth of coffee in Israel.
Is MaccaBeans Kosher??
Unflavored roasted coffee beans, whole and ground, are inherently considered kosher without kosher certification.
Coffee beans are naturally considered kosher. With that being said, our supplier is not currently certified Kosher and we are working closely with them to get them a certification.

Plant Some Roots in Israel
Our end goal is to start our own coffee plantation in the north of Israel, and we want you to be a part of it.
Once we get to the point of opening our plantation, we will give our existing customers first access to investing in a tree to be planted on the plantation.
Why should you care?
You will receive dividends from the very trees that you plant.
I didn't start this company for me. I started it for us. As such, I want you to have the option to plant your roots in Israel as well.
I may be at the beginning of the journey, but we can cross the finish line together.
*This will only become available once we have secured a location to start growing.*

Supporting the IDF
Until the end of Iron Swords, 100% of all profit will be donated to units in the IDF on the front lines of Gaza and Lebanon.
